Ed has founded or been in the founding team of four companies with significant success, including listings on the ASX 500 and ASX All-Tech Index within three years, achieving market capitalizations of up to $300 million. Ed has expertly managed complex multi-country P&L operations, led public companies, and created transformational organizations in sectors such as shipping, aged care, and marketing tech. Ed's strategic, cultural, and commercial capabilities have driven business growth, while his strong networks and hyper-scale expertise have enabled rapid market entry and expansion. Ed's background includes transformation in developed and developing countries, working with some of the world's largest enterprises and family conglomerates through direct sales and go-to-market partnerships.

VP Engineering

Sudhakar is a Chief Software Architect and Engineering leader with 25 years of experience. He built technologies for companies starting at launch and achieving US$200m in revenue and has led successful projects globally in logistics, supply chain, tech, automation, and insurance. Skilled in advanced technologies, he holds 6 patents and 5 authored publications. Sudhakar has received awards for innovation and mentoring, making him valuable for investors seeking scalable solutions. Sudhakar is well-versed in a wide array of software technologies, including Microservices, API design, scalable applications, SaaS platforms, cloud integration, EDI, BPM, mobile applications, IoT, critical machine applications, AI, Semantic Search, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML). His ability to stay ahead of technological trends and build innovative products is complemented by a keen focus on research and development.

CFO & Director

Mr Tso is the CFO of Athena Chartered Professional Accountant Ltd., which offers financial services to companies. He is also a co-founder of Zeus Capital Ltd., which specializes in financial advisory services. With a background in corporate finance and accounting, Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC Sauder School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder and CPA.

Director

Mr Pearce has extensive experience in Stock Broking, Fund Management, and Capital Markets for over 25 years. He has worked in various locations, such as Australia, the UK, and Singapore. Steven has participated in multiple capital raisings and public listings for growth companies on exchanges such as TSX-V, CSE, ASX, Catalist, and SIX Swiss Exchange. He is currently located in Singapore.
